I help applied AI companies hire leaders who turn technical capability into enterprise revenue.
Senior and executive search across commercial growth, client strategy and complex AI delivery.

FOR CLIENTS
Hire leaders who can win and grow complex enterprise business.
I work with founders, CEOs and senior leaders to make senior appointments where sector credibility, enterprise experience and commercial judgement matter, from high-impact individual contributors through to VP and C-suite hires. Each search starts with the commercial challenge behind the appointment: what the person must achieve, who they need to influence and where relevant sector expertise matters. The search is then built around those requirements rather than a generic job title.
FOR CANDIDATES
Considering your next senior move in applied AI?
Senior commercial professionals trust me to identify opportunities that genuinely fit their experience, sector knowledge and ambitions. You’ll get a straightforward view of the company, the role and the people behind it. I’ll communicate openly throughout the process and help you prepare without overselling the opportunity. When the timing isn’t right, I’m always happy to have a confidential conversation about your situation and the wider market.

Nick is one of the most accomplished recruiters I have worked with.
He understands the nuances of the roles he is hiring for, and executes on them precisely in his searches.Candidates are well judged, well briefed, well looked after and consistently high quality. My team really enjoy working with him, and the hires he has helped us make have been great successes.
